With a growing number of resellers needing to view their client accounts AND in preparation for the launch of our CRM feature, we have changed the route in which resellers find their client campaigns. Here's a quick little guide to figure out this new feature.
Upon logging in you may or may NOT see any campaigns appear on this first screen. Previously, your client's active campaigns would have appeared here. Now, these are campaigns that are associated with your direct company. If you have no campaigns for your internal company then there will no campaigns in this view.
View Active & Expired Campaigns
To view your active and expired campaigns for clients, select your name at the top and then click Switch Client Accounts. This is going to allow to you take the view the client sees.
A list of campaigns will now appear (like the previous home page when logging in). You can change the filters at the top to view campaigns by Client, Status, or various dates. A search bar has also been added if you want to type in your client name or campaign name and search for them that route.
